Visitors Check-in Application with Cloud Printer EVA G

Outside of launch event, 5 units of EVA G Gainscha cloud printer were neatly installed, and a QR code is put in front of each cloud printer. Every visitor took out cellphone and login Wechat, use Scan function to scan the provided QR code, the registration page would prompt out, input your name and phone number, click check-in, EVA G cloud printer would respond in 2 seconds, and print the registration ticket automatically.

Cloud Print Solution Introduction

With a warm applause, we invited general manager Mr Tan Ding to introduce cloud print solution in detail, to let participating colleagues learn more about cloud print application. Together he introduced 3 different cloud printers, including GP-5890 (58mm cloud receipt printer), EVA G (80mm cloud receipt printer) and GP-CL421D (4inch cloud label printer). Gainscha cloud print solution have successfully applied in China chain store cloud print system, intelligent restaurant ordering system in Wechat mini program, customer queuing system, visitor registration system in meetings and factories, logistic express cloud print system etc. To meet the requirements on data security and privacy from enterprises, Gainscha prepared private cloud printing solution for our partners, to satisfy the needs and solve the customers’worries, meanwhile to bring better engagement experience for customers.

Overseas business division Ms Erin Wu introduced the main features about Gainscha cloud platform, cloud print platform integration with customer application, summed up cloud print advantages in application field of retail, take-away restaurant, warehousing logistic, shipping, exhibition, cinema, to name a few. Future new type customization will not only be on product itself, but also include printing related platform service, to bring better engagement experience and reduce total operation cost for customers.

Overseas business division Mr Angus Hui, speaking with Hongkong style mandarin and standing in the perspective of customers, explained API concept and its function in an easily understood way. He analysed overseas well-known brand cloud print application in detail, to know others and know ourselves, which would greatly benefit our team to conduct business development and explore for more cooperation opportunities in various markets.
